What You'll Need
- Qualified Company Secretary with Membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law degree will be an added advantage
- Similar working experience, preferably with recent experience in the financial services or technology sector
- Minimum Experience of 2 years as a Company Secretary in India.
- Strong time management, organisation and team working skills
- Good awareness of global company governance and administration trends
- Good technical knowledge and experience around corporate governance and company law, and its practical application, management of Board level matters
- Focus on client delivery, resilient and able to prioritise and manage multiple internal clients
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interact credibly at a senior level
- Fluency in English language (verbal and written)
Qualification : Company Secretary (CS) Qualified
Experience : 0 - 5 years
